The Hefner Vernick Team represented the landlord, Nuveen, one of their long-standing institutional clients, in the lengthy negotiation process. Through their diligent and skilled efforts, Hefner and Vernick successfully negotiated a five-year lease renewal at a lease rate more than double the tenant’s existing rate with minimal concessions from the ownership.
The tenant, Arden Engineering Inc., a division of Verus Aerospace (formerly known as Cadence Aerospace), was represented by Brian Bennett and Robert Feathers of Kidder Mathews. Arden Engineering will continue to use this property as their corporate headquarters and as one of their world-class manufacturing facilities, according to Mike Hefner and Mike Vernick.
The property is located at 3130-3150 East Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim.
