San Diego, Calif., (April 2, 2025) – Voit Real Estate Services is proud to announce that Senior Vice Presidents Jeff Saywitz and Michael Mossmer, SIOR in the San Diego office represented the tenant in the largest new lease completed in South County in the last 12 months in both size and consideration. Saywitz and Mossmer negotiated a long-term lease exceeding $14 million in consideration of Building 2, a 119,044-square-foot warehouse and distribution building, in the Sanyo Logistics Center on behalf of Brokerage & Logistics Solutions.
Sanyo Logistics Center, a newly constructed Class A corporate facility and distribution center, is ideally located along SR-905 just minutes from the Otay Mesa Port of Entry and has easy access to major interstates. Brokerage & Logistics Solutions, a division of JD Group, a binational custom brokerage and logistics company with operations in San Diego, Calexico, Tijuana, Ensenada, Mexicali and Tecate, will utilize the facility for their growing distribution and warehousing operations. The Voit team assisted Brokerage & Logistics Solutions in relocating one of their operations into a facility roughly 30,000 square feet larger.
