Santa Ana, CA, (December 5, 2023) – Mike Hefner, Executive Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office, successfully directed the $11,275,000 sale of Harbor Warner Business Center, a 38,643-square-foot industrial multi-tenant business park in Santa Ana. Mike Hefner represented both the Seller, Rexford Industrial, a publicly traded REIT, and the Buyer, a private investment fund, in the sale of the fully leased business park.
In spite of the recent increase in interest rates and capital market volatility, Hefner was able to generate multiple purchase offers. Ultimately, the Team identified a private investment firm out of Newport Beach that closed escrow all cash in a thirty (30) day escrow. The buyer acquired the property for a long-term investment, according to Hefner.
