San Diego, Calif., (March 9, 2024) – Todd Holley, SIOR, Senior Vice President & Partner of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office successfully directed the $9,100,000 sale of a 19,618 square-foot research and development building in Sorrento Mesa on behalf of the seller, Ohana Kala, LLC. The buyer was Hammer Ventures.
In 2016, Holley represented Ohana Kala LLC in their acquisition of the building. As Biosero outgrew their facility, Holley assisted them in relocating to a Kearny Mesa building with twice the square footage. “This is the third transaction Todd has completed for us, and as always a job well done,” added Andrea Gilman, Chief Operation Officer of Biosero.
“This transaction is another indication of the strength of the Sorrento Mesa market. Demand is very strong for Central San Diego assets,” stated Holley.
The property is located at 9560 Waples in Sorrento Mesa.
