The Voit team represented the buyer, Coyotarts LLC, an international transportation and logistics company based in San Diego. The Seller, Santa Monica Produce Inc., which is also based in San Diego, was represented by Phil Linton of CBRE.
Holley and Usselman noted they were able to secure the property at a favorable price considering the high level of specialized property improvements that are a benefit to their client. According to Holley, Coyotarts LLC will use the facility for the distribution of food products, primarily meat and produce.
“After a long and comprehensive search, we were able to secure the right facility for our client,” according to Holley. “The Otay Mesa Market is the ideal location due to the volume of international trade conducted there.”
The property is located at 2199 Britannia Boulevard in San Diego.
