Valler was partnered with John Boyle, CCIM, in representing the seller, The Kirven Trust.
The Carriage House Apartments, located at 13112 Carriage Road, is a 2-story garden-style apartment building featuring a central courtyard, an abundance of carport parking, and interior upgrades in several units.
The buyer, Agee VIII, LLC, represented by Jim Neil, Executive Vice President of Kidder Matthews, is a long-term Poway-based investor with plans to gradually modernize these 1970s-era apartments.
