The buyer, King Shocks, an American Manufacturer of off Road Automotive Parts based out of Garden Grove, will use this property as their corporate headquarters, according to Bouma.
“There is around a 2% vacancy rate in the area and it took almost a year to find the right building for this group,” according to Caputo. “Our market knowledge and relationships with building owners were essential in putting this sale together.”
The property is located at 12472 Edison Way in Garden Grove and has excellent exposure on the corner of Edison and Lampson Avenue. The building offers an abundance of power and a large fenced yard which was ideal for King Shocks.
