This property was put out for auction on Ten-X.com and received a significant amount of attention and interested buyers. It is a pride-of-ownership medical/professional office property located just off of Highway 125 in Eastlake and has a good mix of established medical and professional office tenants.
“The new owner plans on positioning the property to be the premier medical/professional office building in the Eastlake area,” according to Keith. “He was pleased to win the auction and plans to make major upgrades to the building’s lobby and corridor areas.”
The auction took place from May 16-18 with a 30-day escrow, closing on June 17, 2016. Keith, Clark & Clark were thrilled to have a successful closing in such a short amount of time. The previous sale was for $15.1 million in 2006.
