VOIT DIRECTS $8M SALE OF TWO PRIME RETAIL PARCELS TOTALING 50,754 SF IN SD

San Diego, Calif., (August 31, 2020) – Brandon Keith, Kipp Gstettenbauer and Ryan King, Senior Vice Presidents in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, have successfully directed the $8,000,000 sale of a 3,234 square-foot McDonalds and 2,329 square-foot Union 76 service station on two parcels totaling 50,754 square feet of land. Situated at the northeast corner of Mission Bay Drive and Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach, the location is one of San Diego’s most heavily trafficked intersections. The Voit team represented both the buyer, Mission Day, LLC, and the seller, JR&C Harris, in the transaction.

“This property was originally claimed by homesteaders in the 1800s and held within the same family for generations,” according to Keith. “The buyer in this transaction is only the second party to hold title according to official records.”

Gstettenbauer and King had a relationship with the buyer from a prior investment sale in the Pacific Beach market. “Our client understands this specific market and saw tremendous value in this opportunity,” commented Gstettenbauer. “We believe the pending Trolley station and new development in the surrounding area will continue to augment the long-term value of this site.”

The property is located at 4711 Mission Bay Drive and 2804 Garnet Avenue in San Diego.
