Chino, Calif., (May 6, 2026) – Ryan Moore, SIOR, Executive Vice President, and Garret Gilliland, Vice President, of Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office successfully directed the $3,084,994 acquisition of a 9,292-square-foot industrial warehouse in Chino on behalf of the buyer, InHouse Media Group. The sellers were represented by Justin Kuehn and Nicholas Chang of CBRE.
“This was our client’s first building purchase, and we were happy to help guide them through the process,” stated Gilliland. “After leasing for 20 years, transitioning into ownership is a major milestone for any business.”
Inhouse Media Group is a printing company specializing in posters, stickers, and other art for the music and entertainment industry. Its clients include local and international bands, including Tool, Metallica, Pearl Jam, and Sublime. InHouse Media Group will utilize the warehouse for its screen-printing operations.
The deal had many challenges, including removing the existing tenant in default and addressing vandalism to the building just days before closing.
“That wasn’t a fun phone call,” said Moore. “But everyone stepped up to make this transaction happen.”
“We knew the property was the right fit for us because of the location and long-term potential, but there were definitely challenges along the way,” said Calderon. “Ryan and Garret stayed on top of every issue, kept the deal moving, and ultimately helped us get to the finish line.”
The property is located at 14963 Sierra Bonita Lane in Chino.
