San Diego, Calif., (January 22, 2020) – TÜV SÜD America Inc., has recently renewed and expanded its presence in San Diego. They have renewed their lease for their administrative offices and testing facility at 10040 Mesa Rim Road, in Sorrento Mesa, while simultaneously taking additional office space at 9920 Pacific Heights Boulevard, as well as in Sorrento Mesa. Mesa Rim’s 17,522 SF facility, and Pacific Heights’ 6,307 SF space, combine with a third San Diego location at 16936 Via Del Campo in Rancho Bernardo. The existing lease of the latter remains intact. This expansion now increases TÜV SÜD’s footprint in the area to exceed 30,000 SF and will allow them to hire 20 additional employees to better service clientele throughout the Southern California and the Western United States. The new lease commitment runs through 2026 and is valued in excess of $3.2 million in consideration. Jeff Saywitz (Sr. V.P./Partner), Brian Mulvaney (Sr. V.P/Partner), and Chase Pelton (Tenant Rep.
