The buyer, Wentworth Storage Acquisitions, LLC based out of Phoenix, Arizona was represented by Ramey Peru, Chaz Smith, and John Finnegan of Colliers.

“The buyers are converting what was once a 90,000 SF single user property into a self-storage facility,” according to Mossmer. “This use should be a great fit for the Eastlake marketplace with limited opportunities for self-storage in the area.”

This property is one of the largest industrial properties in the Eastlake area and was situated in a convenient location with immediate access to Highway 125. The transaction was a quick one, with escrow closing within 70 days.

The property is located at 2391 Fenton Street in Chula Vista.
