San Diego, Calif., (February 14, 2025) – Senior Vice Presidents and Partners Robert Vallera, CCIM and Jon Boland of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office successfully directed the $9,200,000 sale of the Mariner Apartments, a 16-unit beachfront multifamily complex in San Diego’s South Mission Beach neighborhood. The Voit team represented the seller, Stingray Management LLC and JKCW, LLC, both based out of San Diego.
The Mariner, constructed in 1962 by the sellers’ family, is a three-story Mid-Century Modern building situated on a 6,700-square-foot lot with 84 feet of ocean frontage. The property — featuring large oceanfront patios and decks and seventeen parking spaces — has eight studios, seven two-bedroom units, and a large three-bedroom penthouse facing the ocean. “The Mariner is the largest remaining oceanfront apartment complex in Mission Beach as larger buildings have been converted to condominiums,” according to Vallera.
The buyer, a private investor, was represented by Cody Evans of South Coast Commercial.
The property is located at 2801 Ocean Front Walk in San Diego’s South Mission Beach neighborhood.
