Should have bought more real estate!

What’s one fact about your education or upbringing that few people know?
Native San Diegan. Grew up in University City and saw UTC Mall be constructed as a kid. Not much else existed in UTC at the time. Purchased my first residential property at 20 and first commercial property at 23. Was originally set on being in the hotel industry and attended UNLV, but later discovered it was the hotel facilities I liked so much – the real estate. Been in the real estate business since my last year of collect 1993/4 and still love it.

What are 2 things on your bucket list?
Travel to every major City in the world and weather a major storm on a boat.
