Book Your Flights ASAP

 

Voit will not be using Uniglobe’s services to arrange transportation for this year’s incentive trip. You may book your own flights and take advantage of the best pricing you find.

 

  • Book your flights: Arrival to and departure from SJD (Cabo San Lucas) airport.
  • Extending your stay: Please confirm the dates with Hilda prior to booking your flights.
  • Reimbursement: Voit will reimburse you up to $700 per roundtrip flight. Submit your flight itinerary and receipt to Hilda.
  • Ground Transportation: Voit will arrange transportation to and from the resort only if you provide your flight itinerary.

 

When you book your flight, please have all of the following information ready to provide:

 

  • Full legal names of both travelers, as they appear on your ID/Passport
  • Birthdates for both travelers
  • Passport number for both travelers, passport must be valid for 6 months beyond return date
  • Any frequent flyer numbers or TSA Precheck

 

Further Details for Your 2026 Incentive Trip

 

Voit Real Estate Services will cover the following costs associated with the event:

 

  • Roundtrip flights for you and your spouse or guest, up to $700 each per roundtrip flight.
  • Accommodations in a run-of-house room at the resort for the designated 4-day, 3-night stay including all applicable taxes and resort fees.
  • All Company-hosted events throughout the weekend.

 

Please note, if you modify your flights after they have been reserved, you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with any changes. Additionally, if you cancel your flights, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of your flights.

The Company expects professionalism and courteous conduct from its employees, independent contractors, and their guests at all times during your stay. Employees and independent contractors are to conduct themselves in a manner that does not adversely affect the company’s or their own integrity, reputation or credibility. Illegal or immoral off-duty conduct on the part of an employee or independent contractor that adversely affects the company will not be tolerated.
