Voit, Voit’s Founder and CEO, will utilize Voit’s “in house” team with experience and focused management strategies critical to success of each asset. Mr. Voit has skill-sets and experience in real estate underwriting, financial analysis, acquisition, asset/property management, development, construction, investment, operations and brokerage.
