Microtech Dental Manufacturing Acquires 29,495 Square-Foot Mixed-Use Property For $3.3 Million

Fountain Valley, Calif. (June 2, 2008) – Microtech Dental Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of the engines used in dentists’ drills, has acquired a 29,495 square-foot industrial/office property for $3.3 million.

The property is located next to the Coastline Community College at 17260 Newhope St. in Fountain Valley, Calif., in close proximity to the 405 freeway.

“The great freeway access and room for expansion, as well as the good quality of the building make this an ideal property for a company’s corporate headquarters,” said Greg Velastegui, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine office.

The buyer plans to relocate its corporate headquarters into this newly acquired property. Microtech Dental Manufacturing Inc. is relocating from Santa Ana.
