With all of these capabilities, we are still able to retain the culture of a small boutique firm. Voit Real Estate Services’ greatest accomplishments include pioneering new markets and reviving existing areas to establish new centers for economic growth and development. In Woodland Hills, California. Voit developed the flagship 2.9 million square-foot Warner Center Plaza and Warner Center Business Park, which transformed the West Valley in Los Angeles into a thriving upscale business workplace. In Van Nuys, the company transformed vacant land into a state-of-the-art entertainment retail center and 800,000 square feet industrial park, decreasing crime in the area, creating jobs, driving up land values for the entire community and providing needed shopping and dining options in the area.
