As Chief Executive Officer of Voit Real Estate Services, Eric Hinkelman oversees the company’s Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire operations in partnership with Ian Britton. Hinkelman provides guidance to the Managing Directors in his region and leads teams of brokerage professionals, asset managers, real estate managers, financial analysts and more.
Hinkelman brings 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Voit. Prior to joining Voit, Hinkelman was Senior Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for overseeing Investor Services for the Western United States. Previously, he was the Managing Director for C&W’s Orange County and South Bay operations, and prior to C&W, he was Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California brokerage services.
Hinkelman received his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA, and is currently on the national advisory committee for BOMA. He previously served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Southern California and the Light the Night Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Orange County.
As Chief Operating Officer of Voit Real Estate Services, Vance McNeilly leads Voit’s financial operations and oversees the company’s administration throughout the Western U.S.
Prior to joining Voit, McNeilly spent ten years with Trammell Crow Company, primarily as Regional Financial Manager for the Western U.S., then as V.P. of Finance for CBRE after the merger. His experience includes financial and operational roles with regional full–service firms Lowe Enterprises and Tooley & Co and, most recently, with Colliers International as Regional Finance & Operations Manager.
McNeilly is an alumnus of the UCLA Graduate School of Management & School of Law, having previously obtained his undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
As Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim, Ontario and Los Angeles offices, Ian Britton oversees Voit’s brokerage operations in these regions. Mr. Britton provides guidance to his team of brokerage professionals, leads the industrial practice while assisting in recruiting, business development and training of Voit’s next generation.
Prior to joining Voit, Britton served as Senior Vice President for Colliers International based in Irvine. While there, his focus was on the North Orange County industrial submarket specializing in tenant/buyer representation and landlord representation assignments. Prior to Colliers, Britton was with CBRE where he worked with one of the top producing industrial teams in the region and was awarded OC Regional Rookie of the Year in 2001.
Mr. Britton is a member of AIR and NAIOP Young Professionals Group and he graduated from Loyola Marymount University with his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing.
As Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, Eric Northbrook is responsible for overseeing Voit’s operations and directs a team of brokerage professionals, real estate managers and project managers who work together to provide clients with a single-point of service for all of their real estate requirements.
Prior to joining Voit, Northbrook served as Executive Director of Brokerage Services for Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego. While there, his focus was on the Central San Diego County and I-15 Corridor specializing in tenant and corporate representation. He also is an expert in representing institutional owners in the marketing and leasing of quality Class A real estate. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Northbrook was with Colliers International for 12 years, where he was a consistent top producer.
In 2006, Northbrook founded the HeadNorth, a nonprofit organization that enhances the quality of life for individuals and families afflicted with spinal cord injury. The organization is actively involved in spinal cord research and has partnered with the Sanford/Burnham Institute and UCSD to create the HeadNorth Chronic Spinal Cord Research Project.
In 2008, Northbrook was recognized by People Magazine and Major League Baseball as a finalist for “All Stars Among Us”. Northbrook is a member of SIOR and was awarded the SIOR National Community Service Award in 2009.
Eva Abrego is the Director of Operations for Voit Real Estate Services and manages the Irvine, Anaheim, Ontario and Los Angeles offices. She brings over 18 years of experience and leadership to Voit and is focused on the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the organization.
Eva is affiliated with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Orange County), and previously served in CREW’s Mentor Program. She is commissioned by the state of California as a Notary Public. In addition, Eva makes a positive impact on her community by volunteering her time with Working Wardrobes®, Boys & Girls Club and Orange County Rescue Mission.
Joining the Voit Team in 2011, D’Anna has over 15 years of human resource experience, specializing in the Real Estate industry for small to mid-size organizations. Her broad experience includes performance management, recruiting and talent management, compensation, training, benefits, company-wide insurance programs, workers compensation, safety, health and wellness, and providing all levels of guidance and leadership to senior managers. She also has over 10 years of experience in management at the Property Management level, including leasing, operations and project renovations.
Prior to joining Voit as the Director of Human Resources, D’Anna supported various real estate organizations in Director, HR Manager, District Manager, Leasing Manager, and Sales capacities for companies such as Red Mountain Group and The REMM Group.
D’Anna holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, and holds a BA in Criminal Justice.
As Director of IT for Voit Real Estate Services, Jim Sillasen oversees all aspects of technology for each of Voit’s offices. A veteran of the information technology field, Mr. Sillasen keeps Voit on the cutting edge, giving the company a decisive advantage over our competition.
Prior to joining Voit, Sillasen spent several years with Compass Management and Leasing, acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle, as their regional manager of IT over their Southwest territory. Prior experiences include multimedia solutions for major Hollywood studios, such as Columbia/Tri-Star and 20th Century Fox, and hardware and software solutions for the data clearing house Data Reply.
Sillasen received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
As Voit’s Director of Marketing, Jessamyn is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of marketing, branding, advertising, public relations and corporate events for the firm. Jessamyn leads the company’s marketing initiatives to position Voit as the best provider of commercial real estate brokerage services in Southern California.
Prior to joining Voit, Jessamyn was the Marketing Manager for the Orange County Community Foundation coordinating the organizations marketing initiatives. Prior to that she was at The Irvine Company in the Retail Properties division for four years where she executed highly successful broker incentive programs and coordinated the corporate marketing initiatives for the division.
Jessamyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Arizona where she also achieved All American as a swimmer on the Division I women’s swim team there for four years.
